PRIVACY POLICY

Return & Exchange Policy

We happily assist our customers to manage all requests for return and/or exchange! We have established a very easy and customer friendly policy to better facilitate our esteemed customers.

Conditions for Returns

  1. Computer generated slip is mandatory at the time of exchange or return.
  2. All items can only be refunded by visiting our franchise.
  3. The product must be unused. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to refuse return.
  4. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of UCAAZ’s packaging, it must be returned in the same condition. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box.
  5. Returns can be made within 07 days after the product has been received. No claims for returns will be accepted once the 7-day period has lapsed.
  6. Items purchased in cash shall be refunded in cash while items purchased by credit/debit card shall be refunded to the same credit/ debit card (see card payment refund procedure).
  1. Electronic Accessories (such as batteries, chargers, brushes) are not subject to any replacement and are not under warranty.

Note: Please note, Frozen Food is neither refundable nor exchangeable.

Card Payment Refund

  1. If you didn’t receive your refund in 03 working days, first check with your bank.
  2. Then contact your credit card issuer, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

      Q. Which documents do I need to bring to store for a refund or exchange?
      A. Computer generated invoice is mandatory for any refund or exchange to be proceeded.

     Q. Our promise?
      A. Our return policy is a One Week Exchange and/or Refund without any questions. If for some reasons, you are not satisfied and you wish to return your purchase, you’ll need to call our customer services on 0314-6667272 or email us at support@ucaaz.com.

      Q. Do you deliver in my area?
      A. If you are able to add any item to your cart from your location, that         means your area is covered. For more information, please visit our web site www.ucaaz.com.

     Q. What are your delivery hours?
     A. We deliver every day of the week from 11am – 10pm. Deliveries are managed on first-come first-served basis. If you need special delivery you will have to pay delivery charges.

     Q. What is the minimum basket charge?
      A.UCAAZ believes in an easy and limitless facilities to its customers. So, there is no minimum threshold for shopping or basket charge. You can order anything that is available at our E-Store without any hesitation.

     Q. What is the minimum delivery time?
     A. Minimum delivery time is 90 minutes after checkout, anyhow depending on the situation it can be increased or decreased. In order to avoid inconvenience our customer support staff actively coordinates between customer and delivery staff.

     Q. Can I change my order after check out?
     A. Yes, you can change/ modify your order after check out. Please call our customer services on 0314-6667272 as soon as possible. We will assist you.

     Q. Who can receive my delivery?
      A. Anyone available at the given delivery address, and providing order details for verification purpose.

     Q. What if my delivery is late?
     A. Please contact us on 0314-6667272, you what’s app us at the same number. We will assist you and make sure to align your delivery as soon as possible.

      Q .What if I got some items missing in delivery?
      A. We always try to avoid this issue we pick and pack all items very carefully. You can check your items at delivery. Even then if you found any item missing in you order you can contact our help line, our team will assist you.

      Q. How long does it take to get payment refund?
      A. If customer pay via cash it takes only few minutes to be refunded by simply visiting our franchise but if the invoice was paid through credit/ debit card then it may take up-to 3-7 working days to refund the payment in the same card/ account.
